Fővám Square Apartment
Apartment is situated on the Fővám square, beginning of Váci street, in the middle of city center and the main tourist area in Pest, V district. Our address is Fővám tér 4.We take the time to answer all your general questions about Budapest. Open all year, check-in on agreement. We are always reachable by mobile phone for assistance.
The apartment is about 50 sqm on the 3rd floor, 2 rooms, kitchen, hall and bathroom. We have there 2 rooms, in one room can to bee maximum 4 persons and in the second room maximum 2 people. Bigger room has one double, one sofa bed and one bed can be added. Second room has double bed and kitchen.
Towels, blankets and sheets etc. are there. At check-in you can get info where to buy tickets for public transport and phone cards. Intercom system is at front door. Free printed map of town and tourist brochures we are giving you after your arrival.
The apartment is in brick, renovated building, has elevator. Close to Old city market, Green bridge of freedom, Danube, park, other side of city, Buda side and beginning of Váci street. Kitchen is provided with fridge, stove, self catering. Bathroom has bathing tub with shower, sink and washing machine.The prices are:

Apartment is very easy accessible. You can take red blue metro line to the Kalvin square.You can locate apartments on the Map of Budapest.
Airport
We have our partner taxi service company to save you time and money.
If you need a taxi service call me after arriving in Budapest and I will order a taxi for you. It is our partner company Budapest Taxi service and will take you to the apartment for discount price.
Also it is more safe to using our taxi service because we will know at any time which one taxi driver was with you in case of problems. If you taking other service we don’t guarantying if you will lose your suitcases or if you will charged more.
If you need a taxi after your arriving on the airport go to the information desk and send me the sms message or call me on my mobile phone, from your mobile phone +36306852643 or if you calling from Hungary 06306852643, send me the name of terminal, 1, 2a or 2b and I will order taxi for you. Price is fix from the airport 6000 HUF or 26 euro with maximum 20 minutes waiting.. Wait the taxi on the information desk, driver will come in 5-15 minutes with your name on the table. Wait on the info desk, don’t go from there, because if taxi will waiting for you more then 20 minutes you should to pay for waiting and for his parking. Price to the airport from the apartment is 5000 HUF or 22 euro. These prices are valid from 10th October 2008. This is special discount for our costumers!
This cost is the total for one, two three or 4 people!
If you don't want our service you can to choose between Taxi, Minibus or Public transport. If you want to using public transport take bus 200 to the last stop. From there you can to use blue metro line to the city center.
Train Stations
If you arriving on train station and want to use our taxi service please call us after arriving in Budapest, from Hungary 06306852643 or from aboard +36306852643, and we will order taxi for you for special discount price for our costumers. If you don't want to use the taxi use public service.
There are 3 different train stations in Budapest: Keleti (East), Nyugati (West) and Deli (South). If you arrive at Nyugati station take the blue metro to the Kálvin tér station.
If you arrive at Keleti station take the red metro line until the Deák square station, from there blue metro to the Kálvin tér station.
If you arrive at Deli station take the red metro line until the Deák square station, from there blue metro to the Kálvin tér station.Parking
Usually is not the problem to find parking space in front off the building. Parking fee from 8 am till 6 pm every day except Saturday and Sunday is 300 Forint per 1 hour. Behind the old city market is possible to find cheaper parking space.
Change Rates & Payment
You need to make reservations in advance. Check-in only on agreement. No credit cards. Paying is after arriving! If possible please prepare payment in EUR. Hungarian Forint HUF is accepted too. We use the change rates that are published on the day of your arrival at the website http://www.xe.com/ucc/. There is a lot of ATM where you can get Hungarian Forint using major cards like Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro etc.
Reservation
Send us your request at email budapest@budapest-tourist.com or call us on number +36-30/685-26-43 from aboard or 06-30/685-26-43 inside Hungary. As soon as possible we will send you email to confirm your reservation (latest within 24 hours, but mostly faster). Please wait for our reply and do not request reservations elsewhere. Thanks a lot!
