Szigony street Rooms
Szigony street apartment is situated close to the József Körút Boulevard at Pest side, VIII district, and conveniently located near downtown area.
Open all year, check-in on agreement. The staff is fluent English, Serbo-Croatian and Hungarian speaking, German, Italian, Slovenian and Russian basic knowledge and always reachable by mobile phone for assistance.
We offer you private small room 7 sqm for 1 or 2 persons and big private room 21 sqm for 1, 2, 3 or 4 people. The small room is equipped with one single bed and another single bad can be added, radio with CD player. The bigger room has 1 doubled, 1 single bed and 1 bed can be added, TV with local programs and video player.
All gests can to use work desk with PC, 24 hours internet access is available. Also on PC you can to watching on line TV and radio programs from all the world.
Towels, blankets and sheets etc. are there. Keys are available for every guest. At check-in you can get info where to buy tickets for public transport, stamps and phone cards. Intercom system is at front door. Free printed map of town and tourist brochures we are giving you after your arrival.
There are 2 elevators. Apartment is very bright, sunny and panoramic view over Budapest from 9th floor. Kitchen is provided with wave, microwave, fridge, electric stove, coffeemaker, water cooker, toaster, juice maker, self catering. Bathroom has bathing tub with shower and sink. Central heating and unlimited hot water are available too. Ironing facilities and wash machine (free). Close to a supermarket.
The prices for 1 night are:

Directions and Transfers
Apartment is very easy accessible. From Deak F. square you can take bus 9 to the station Koszorú utca. From the Fővám square at the bigining of Váci street you can easy going by bus 83 to the Koszorú utca station. Also you can use tram 4 or 6 to the Baross utca station, blue metro 2 to the Ferenc körút station. During the night you can use night bus 906 to the Baross utca. You can locate apartments on the Map of Budapest.
AirportWe have our partner taxi service company to save you time and money.
If you need a taxi service call me after arriving in Budapest and I will order a taxi for you. It is our partner company Budapest Taxi service and will take you to the apartment for discount price.
Also it is more safe to using our taxi service because we will know at any time which one taxi driver was with you in case of problems. If you taking other service we don’t guarantying if you will lose your suitcases or if you will charged more.
If you need a taxi after your arriving on the airport go to the information desk and send me the sms message or call me on my mobile phone, from your mobile phone +36306852643 or if you calling from Hungary 06306852643, send me the name of terminal, 1, 2a or 2b and I will order taxi for you. Price is fix from the airport 6000 HUF or 26 euro with maximum 20 minutes waiting.. Wait the taxi on the information desk, driver will come in 5-15 minutes with your name on the table. Wait on the info desk, don’t go from there, because if taxi will waiting for you more then 20 minutes you should to pay for waiting and for his parking. Price to the airport from the apartment is 5000 HUF or 22 euro. These prices are valid from 10th October 2008. This is special discount for our costumers!

If you don't want our service you can to choose between Taxi, Minibus or Public transport. If you want to using public transport take bus 200 to the last stop. From there you can to use blue metro line to the city center.Train Stations
If you arriving on train station and want to use our taxi service please call us after arriving in Budapest, from Hungary 06306852643 or from aboard +36306852643, and we will order taxi for you for special discount price for our costumers. If you don't want to use the taxi use public service.
There are 3 different train stations in Budapest: Keleti (East), Nyugati (West) and Deli (South). If you arrive at Nyugati station take the 4 or 6 tram to the Baross utca station and after 10 minutes by walk through the Baross street or with 9 or 83 bus to the second station Koszorú utca. From there you should to turn back 10 meters and turn left to the Szigony street. On the corner Prater and Szigony street is building number 13, entrance is from Leonardo da Vinci street.
If you arrive at Keleti or Deli station take the red metro line until the Deak Square station. Get out from the metro station. From there take the bus 9 to the 6th station Koszorú utca.Parking
No problem to find a parking space on the street, front of the building. No parking fees in this area. Near by the apartment on the corner Prater and Szigony Street you will find also a 24 hours guarded parking. The fee is 1000 HUF (approximately 4 euro), or 1 week 4500 HUF (approximately 18 euro). Reservations are not needed.
Change Rates & Payment
You need to make reservations in advance. Check-in only on agreement. No credit cards. Paying is after arriving! If possible please prepare payment in EURO. Hungarian Forint HUF is accepted too. We use the change rates that are published on the day of your arrival at the website http://www.xe.com/ucc/. There is a lot of ATM where you can get Hungarian Forints using major cards like Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro etc.
Reservation
Send us your request at email budapest@budapest-tourist.com or call us on number +36-30/685-26-43 from aboard or 06-30/685-26-43 inside Hungary. As soon as possible we will send you e-mail to confirm your reservation usually within 24 hours, but mostly faster. Please wait for our reply and do not request reservations elsewhere. If is object you wanted already reserved we will inform you when we have a free place for your stay and where you can to make reservation. Thanks a lot! Don't hesitate to e-mail us.
